Please ensure that product is in original condition and unused. The product should include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice.
Returns and all replacements/pick-ups are done free of cost.
Number of days within which return can be initiated varies for each seller. You must create a return request within the specified period.
We do support replacement across categories/sellers in case of damaged item.
In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you excluding the admin charges, are transferred to your given account within 48 hours after product is received.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, Seller will refund the amount for the same.
After 7 days from the product delivery, if the delivered product(s) stops working for any reason(s), customer is responsible to send & pick up the goods from Tiptop office. Customer can personally or use their own courier service for pick-up and drop-off the faulty goods. If customer wants Tiptop to use its courier service for pick up & drop off, customer pays a standard shipping fee to Tiptop. After Tiptop receives the faulty goods, Tiptop is responsible for its repair.
While we pick up originally delivered product from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier or post service. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
